GDC 2023
Event Details
GDC will be held live at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, CA from March 20-24, 2023.
The event app will be hosted by Swapcard. Instructions on how to download and use the app will be posted on our website closer to the event. A welcome email will be sent from [email protected], please add this to your address book to ensure delivery.
Health & Safety
Proof of vaccination or a negative covid test will be required and checked when you arrive at Moscone Center for the live event. At the event, we strongly encourage you to wear a face mask while indoors. More information can be found on our Health & Safety page.
Cancellations, Substitutions, Downgrades, and Upgrades
To cancel, change, or substitute your pass, please email [email protected].
Requests for registration refunds or substitutions must be received before February 22, 2023. Refunds, transfers or substitutions are not available after this date, are not available for no-shows, and will not be offered due to lack of or inability to provide proof of vaccination at the event. Paid registrants who cancel or downgrade and do not substitute another person will receive a full refund less a 6% processing fee if notification is submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before February 22, 2023.
Upgrades can be purchased by logging back into the registration portal with your email and password by February 22, 2023. After this deadline, you will need to email [email protected].
For downgrades, a written request for a downgraded pass must be received no later than February 22, 2023. Paid registrants who downgrade will receive a full refund less a 6% processing fee if notification is submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before February 22, 2023. Age Limit
Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register for GDC.
Discount/Promotion Code Usage
Only one discount/promotion code is allowed per registration at the time of registration, and no codes may be added after registration has been completed.
Program Changes
Informa Tech, producers of GDC, reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Space for any limited sessions and programs is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the organizers of GDC are forced to cancel the event, current paid registrants may request a full refund, minus only credit card processing fees. There will be no cancellation fee. This policy is applicable only if GDC must officially be canceled. Any cancellation fees charged to an official cancellation of GDC are non-refundable.
Session Recording Policy
Audio and/or video recording of conference sessions, including recording on mobile phone devices and screen recording software is strictly prohibited.
Informa Event Privacy Notice
When attending our in-person events, by allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, you are providing the exhibitor or sponsor with your personal information and in doing so agree to the exhibitor or sponsor contacting you in the future about their products or services. You understand that you can opt-out of this contact at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor. Badges cannot be read remotely and must be scanned before any details are shared with exhibitors and sponsors. You have the right to refuse badge scanning except when entering or exiting the event.
When attending our virtual events if you enter or interact with a virtual exhibition booth your personal information will be shared with the exhibitor to allow them to engage with you both during and after the event. If you accept a connection/meeting invite, interact with sponsored content (e.g. attend live session, download or bookmark companies/content) then your full contact details will be shared directly with the sponsor or exhibitor and they may follow-up in line with your indication of interest in their products.
