Cancellations, Substitutions, Downgrades, and Upgrades
To cancel, change, or substitute your pass, please email [email protected].
Requests for registration refunds or substitutions must be received before June 24, 2021. Refunds or substitutions are not available after this date and are not available for no-shows. All Access, Core, and Summits Passes are subject to a $75 service charge. Expo, IGS, Audio, and Career Development Passes are subject to a $25 service charge.
Upgrades can be purchased by logging back into the registration portal with your email and password by May 25, 2021. After this deadline, you will need to email GDC Registration [email protected].
For downgrades, a written request for a downgraded pass must be received no later than June 24, 2021. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Passes transferred from GDC 2020 are not eligible for a refund, substitution, or downgrade for this event.
Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register for GDC.
Discount/Promotion Code Usage
Only one discount/promotion code is allowed per registration at the time of registration, and no codes may be added after registration has been completed.
IInforma Tech, producers of GDC, reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Space for any limited sessions and programs is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the organizers of GDC are forced to cancel the event, current paid registrants may request a full refund, minus only credit card processing fees. There will be no cancellation fee. This policy is applicable only if GDC must officially be canceled. Any cancellation fees charged to an official cancellation of GDC are non-refundable.
Session Recording Policy
Audio and/or video recording of conference sessions, including recording on mobile phone devices and screen recording software is strictly prohibited.
Informa Event Privacy Notice
Informa will use your personal information provided during the registration process to host and manage this digital event and for analyzing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.
On registration you may have chosen to withhold permission to share your data with third parties (i.e. sponsors & exhibitors), however when entering a virtual exhibition booth your personal information will be shared with the exhibitor to allow them to engage with you. If you accept a connection or meeting invite or interact with sponsored content (e.g. attend live session, download content or bookmark companies/content) then your full contact details will be shared directly with sponsors and they may follow-up in line with your indication of interest in their products.
