Ultra Combo @ 11 AM
The Bay Area’s premiere VGM Jazz event, Ultra Combo, has been hosting jams at the Ocean Ale House in SF every month since April 2023. Formed by experienced jazz professionals with a deep love of games, our goal is to create a welcoming environment for musicians and VGM fans of all backgrounds, including younger musicians and people who may be new to the scene or new to playing in jams entirely.
Each monthly jam starts with Ultra Combo playing a set of prepared VGM arrangements, followed by a guided jam where anyone and everyone is welcome to join in. Whether it’s games or tunes, we think it’s more fun when everyone gets to play!
