It's time for Day 2 of the Game Developers Conference! Tuesday features even more summits, sessions, sponsored summits, and special events for our attendees.
You can pick up your badge between 8:00am and 6:00pm at registration, located in South Hall, Street Level. Be sure to complete your registration and log into Swapcard so you can start learning and networking.
There is a rain forecast today in San Francisco—head here to see the latest weather updates. We recommend bringing an umbrella and/or rain jacket, and comfortable, weather-resistant shoes. Conference Associates will have umbrellas and rain gear available for attendees as needed.
Sessions start at 9:30am today, but make sure you squeeze in a 15-minute WITHIN meditation beforehand in Room 214 (South Hall) at 9am. For those joining us for the first time, or want a GDC refresher, be sure to join us for GDC 101 at 5:30pm! More details below.

Educators Summit: Incorporating Black Game Studies in the Classroom: Benefits to Everyone

Technical Artist Summit: 'Mix Universe': The Tech Behind Bringing Music to the Universe

Independent Games Summit: Finding Inspiration and Planning Luck: A Story of a Solo Dev-Dad of Color

Free-to-Play Summit: 'Roblox' Economics: A Fireside Chat with Gamefam CEO Joe Ferencz

Audio Summit: Building Audio Careers, Together

Description: "A crash course in GDC for first-timers! Get the most out of your experience by learning the ins and outs of the show, from choosing sessions, to networking, to simply how to get around. GDC is a big event with lots to do, and we're here to help you prioritize what you really want to get out of the show, while getting all the basics down in the process. Plus there's a networking event right after the session!"
