James Lewis has spent his 12 years with Xbox working with and advocating for developers of all sizes. He is currently the Director of the ID@Xbox Developer Acceleration Program which seeks to empower underrepresented creators with the information and resources needed to ship games on Xbox. James is also one of the founding members and former Co-Leads for the Black At Xbox community in addition to serving on the board for IGDA Foundation and Xperience. His credits include titles such as Cuphead, Fortnite, El Paso Elsewhere, South of Midnight, Project Spark and more.
