The Game Developers Conference is five days of sessions, talks, networking opportunities, and events. It may be a lot of fun, but it's nice to take a breather! That's why GDC 2023 is happy to offer free meditation sessions for our attendees—as well as a Lofi playlist to help you relax and focus.
GDC 2023 is teaming up with WITHIN Meditation for six meditation sessions—two per day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the event. They're designed to help with focus, body awareness, and personal motivation. Everything you need to ensure a relaxed and mindful time at GDC.
They're all located in the onsite Quiet Room, in Room 214 (South Hall). This room will be open throughout the event as a space for attendees to decompress.
