You asked for more, and we've delivered. The Game Developers Conference has expanded its Speed Networking for GDC 2023—including specialty sessions for newcomers, investors, devs from marginalized groups, and more—providing many opportunities to make business connections, find new jobs, and discover exciting titles.
GDC 2023 is excited to offer five distinct in-person Speed Networking sessions at this year's event. In addition to our General session, which for anyone interested in making connections at GDC, we will hold four specialty sessions that are more tailored for our attendees' networking needs. Each one will be one-hour sessions with attendees rotating around the room.
Our Speed Networking sessions are available for every GDC pass holder, and we recommend all GDC attendees join us for at least one of these sessions—no pre-registration is required and attendance will be first come, first served. Make sure to get there early, these sessions are expected to fill up fast!
Speed Networking: General
This is a one-hour session with attendees rotating around the room. No pre-registration is required, and attendance will be first come, first served.
Speed Networking: Supporting DEI
This is a speed networking session dedicated to supporting and connecting people in marginalized groups, as well as their allies.
Speed Networking: Devs and Backers
This is a speed networking session connecting indie developers with prospective publishers and investors.
Speed Networking: Career Development
This is a speed networking session for career development, including connecting job seekers and recruiters.
Speed Networking: New to GDC
This is a speed networking session for connecting first-time GDC attendees and building new professional relationships.
